A catalogue of Circuit classes in the comfort of your own home!

We stream a new live circuit class to a private Facebook group on Monday nights at 6pm.  We take you through a full body workout using body weight exercises or using any equipment you have at home, along with the popular towel exercises thrown in too!  The classes remain in the Facebook group, so you can do them whenever suits you or as many times as you like.  We have over 60 workouts to choose from now, so plenty of variety!

We will deliver 4 workouts and 1 HIIT session per month, during winter months.
