Holidays, at long last!  It’s been a while since we have enjoyed a trip to the mainland, and we certainly packed a lot in while we could.

We took the Northlink to Aberdeen and set off on a tour of Scotland with the car, enjoying stays in St Fillans, Glen Coe, Skye and Nairn.  Highlights from our active holiday has to be climbing up Ben A’an as a warm up to doing the Buachaille Etive Mor and having the most amazing views of Glen Coe.  We also hiked up Ben Nevis on one of the clearest days of the year and around the Quiraing in Skye.  We think we have come home for a rest!

We have done the post holiday Inbody and ready to knuckle down to make progress over the summer at home.  Time to set a few goals and get into some good habits!
