What Happens?

After purchasing the Gold Nutritional Action Plan from Gym Gair, you will receive the questionnaire to download. Please complete & return the form to us at gymgair@outlook.com.  After which, we will pick a suitable time for a consultation – whether it is at our gym in Scalloway or via Zoom/Skype/FaceTime.

• 60-Minute Consultation
• 12 Weeks of Online Coaching (with weekly email check-in)
• 2 InBody scans, which can provide us with more detail, enabling us to accurately programme accordingly.  This will be done at the beginning and end of the plan.
