To celebrate 10 years of our running group ZE RUN we are hosting a Running Festival in conjunction with Mike James, The Endurance Physio. He is travelling all the way from Wales to give us loads of good information & advice.

We will be bringing you training sessions, seminars and races over the 3 days and would love you to come and celebrate with us!

Schedule of events:

Thursday 28th August at 6pm: Coached session and talk with Mike and Russell, plus a handicap hill race

Friday 29th August at 6pm: Town 10k race around Lerwick

Saturday 30th August at 10am:  Saturday Social Run, Running Seminars with Mike & Russell, finished with teas & homebakes in Islesburgh.
