To celebrate 10 years of our running group ZE RUN we are hosting a Running Festival in conjunction with Mike James, The Endurance Physio. He is travelling all the way from Wales to give us loads of good information & advice.

We will be bringing you training sessions, seminars and races over the 3 days and would love you to come and celebrate with us!

Schedule of events:

Thursday 28th August at 6pm: Welcome talk, coached session at Clickimin track, plus a handicap hill race

Friday 29th August at 6pm: Town 10k fun run around Lerwick

Saturday 30th August at 9:30am:  Running Seminars with Mike & Russell, Social 5k run, finished with teas & homebakes & prize giving in Islesburgh.

PLEASE NOTE: You must be aged 17 and over to take part in the event.
