We were delighted to see both Diana and Mary smash through the 3 hour barrier at Manchester and London! It’s such a challenging time to aim for, but both of them broke it by some distance on the day 

What is more impressive is the discipline they displayed throughout the race, managing to finish strong and produce a negative split!  They have been pounding the roads in all weathers getting miles in, and all the hard work has paid off!

We were proud to be part of the coaching team for both, and look forward to helping them with future goals!
