What Happens?

After you purchase one of our Running Plan Packages, we will send you an email with a running questionnaire to complete.  Once this comes through, please complete it with as much information as you can, then we will be in touch with you with a running plan and/or next steps. What’s Included in Bronze?

A bespoke running plan detailing all your runs including paces, intensity and distance. We will help you build towards your goal time rather as burning you out!
